At Tolani Institute of Pharmacy, Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been established as a proactive and responsive body to uphold a safe, fair, and transparent academic environment for all students, faculty, and staff. The committee is guided by the principles of justice, equity, and confidentiality and is committed to addressing grievances in a timely and constructive manner. Our aim is to create an open platform where every individual feels empowered to voice their concerns without fear of bias, retaliation, or discrimination.
The committee primarily addresses grievances related to academic matters, administrative issues, behavioral concerns, harassment, and any other situation that affects the well-being and academic progress of students or staff. These may include matters such as unfair assessment, classroom conduct, fee-related queries, attendance issues, misbehavior by peers or staff, denial of rights, or other forms of dissatisfaction that may arise during a student’s course of study. The GRC functions in line with the regulations prescribed by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), ensuring that all cases are handled fairly, sensitively, and within a reasonable time frame.
Our Grievance Redressal Committee also plays a preventive role by conducting awareness sessions, student interactions, and counseling where required. The committee ensures that rules and guidelines are clearly communicated and that every stakeholder is aware of their rights and responsibilities. By fostering a culture of openness and accountability, we aim to minimize conflicts and create a harmonious campus atmosphere conducive to academic and personal growth.
