Internal complaint committee

The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) at Tolani Institute of Pharmacy is constituted in accordance with the guidelines of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The committee is dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students and staff. It addresses complaints related to sexual harassment and ensures confidentiality, fairness, and timely resolution of cases. The ICC also conducts awareness programs to educate the campus community about gender sensitivity and respectful conduct. Tolani Institute of Pharmacy strongly upholds zero tolerance towards any form of harassment or discrimination.

Objectives:

• To create and maintain safe, healthy and supportive environment for women and girl students in the campus.
• To address issues faced by women at work place and to organize awareness generation programs and to take preventive steps towards protection of women staff/female students from sexual harassment in the college.
• Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is functioning in the college as per the norms laid down by the AICTE to organize workshops affecting women in general and especially in the following areas:
